By using LinkedAI, the Chrome extension or this website, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose.

What LinkedAI does

LinkedAI uses AI to write resumes, cover letters, outreach messages and profile copy based on the profile you provide and the job posting you are viewing. It is a writing tool. It does not apply to jobs for you and it does not guarantee any outcome.

Your account

• You need an account to use LinkedAI, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
• One account per person. Do not share credentials.
• You must be at least 16 to use LinkedAI.

Credits and payment

• Everything runs on credits. Each action costs a fixed amount, shown before you use it.
• New accounts receive 150 free credits, once.
• Paid plans grant credits each month. Credits you have bought do not expire.
• If a generation fails through our fault, the credits are returned automatically.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; you keep credits already granted.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Refunds

If something does not work as described, email us within 14 days and we will sort it out. We do not refund credits that have already been spent on generations that worked.

Using it honestly

LinkedAI writes from the information you give it. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

• Check everything before you send it. AI can make mistakes.
• Do not use LinkedAI to claim experience, qualifications or credentials you do not have.
• Do not use it for spam, harassment, or bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Do not attempt to resell, scrape or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

LinkedAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn or Microsoft. It reads the page you are viewing in your own browser. You remain responsible for following LinkedIn's own terms.

No guarantees

LinkedAI is provided as is. We do not guarantee you will get interviews, replies or a job. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for outcomes arising from documents you choose to send.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and announced in the extension.
